Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain storage systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Perform routine maintenance checks
- Document work performed and communicate status to team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in IT or related field preferred

- Good communication and customer service skills
