(but this is boilerplate? It's about accommodation; maybe keep? It's not EEO boilerplate but still legal. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. ADA is legal, but maybe considered legal boilerplate. Might remove. However "Ecolab is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with a disability." earlier appears. That's also legal. Might be considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove those sections. - Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging: also EEO boilerplate, remove. Thus we keep substantive sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (How You’ll Make An Impact), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide headings: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have those headings exactly. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for About the role (intro). Responsibilities (How You’ll Make An Impact). Requirements (Minimum Qualifications). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills? Could be derived from preferred qualifications like mechanical aptitude, customer service, etc. But we could also treat Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications section. Skills maybe not needed if content thin. But we could create Skills section from preferred qualifications like "Strong customer service skills; Verbal and written communication skills; Analyze readings and put data in a spreadsheet; etc." However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Preferred Qualifications and Skills into Qualifications? But they said use headings like Qualifications, Skills separate. We could have Qualifications (minimum) and Skills (preferred). But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see if we have enough for Skills: we have "Strong customer service skills; proven ability to interface positively and professionally with the customer; Analyze readings and put data in a spreadsheet in a logical manner; Verbal and written communication skills; Previous experience explaining results of data gatherings; Demonstrate mechanical aptitude; Mechanical problem-solving experience (e.g. plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or mechanical experience); Experience working independently in an industrial setting; Previous experience in Industrial Wastewater Treatment or Maintenance". That's substantive enough for Skills. Thus we can have:

We also need to include location? Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not required headings. Could add location in About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not include Job ID etc. We removed boilerplate. Check for any placeholders like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. Make sure we preserve all substantive info: Did we miss anything? Let's review original content: - Intro: includes Nalco Water conserves 161B gallons, industries served, team combines expertise, seeking Field Technician in Chattanooga, TN, passionate technical professional, autonomous hands-on environment, join talented team monitoring/maintaining variety of air and water quality systems pertaining to Field Technician title - paint booth at automotive manufacturing site OR quality assurance at solar panel manufacturing site OR paint booths at manufacturing sites. Provide problem solving support, high customer satisfaction. We included some but maybe missed the specific OR options. Let's incorporate that in About the role. - How You’ll Make An Impact list: we captured all. - Position Details: Location, Shift, Compensation. We included location in About the role? We'll add location explicitly maybe in About the role or separate. Could add a short p about location. But we have Schedule section for shift, Pay for compensation. Location could be in About the role paragraph. - What’s Unique About This Role: we captured as bullet list? We didn't include that. Actually we omitted that section. It's substantive: dynamic hands-on environment with autonomy and support; help customers meet sustainability goals while protecting critical assets; gain access to industry-leading training and development programs. Should be included. Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "What’s Unique". But headings limited to given list; we could incorporate into About the role or Benefits? Probably better to add a section "About the role" includes that. Or we could add a section "What’s Unique" but not in allowed headings. The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect those
