Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of equipment and kits
• Preparation, inspection, organization, and maintenance of field equipment and deployment kits
• Perform basic performance tests before and after deployments
• Make sure kits are complete, labeled, and ready to use
• Assistance with start-up and decommissioning activities

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, field operations, technical support, or similar environments – an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management systems – an advantage
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is a plus
• A valid driver's license and the ability to drive as needed – mandatory
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 35 pounds (approximately 16 kg)
