What You’ll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be out in the field helping keep equipment running smoothly. You’ll handle inspections, basic service, and troubleshooting at customer locations, using your mechanical skills, electrical know-how, and experience around diesel-powered equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid mechanical aptitude and a hands-on mindset
- Understanding of basic electrical concepts (you don’t need to be an engineer)
- Experience or exposure to diesel engines or diesel-powered equipment
- Comfortable using tools, reading basic diagrams, and following procedures
- Able to work independently and manage your time in the field
- Clear communicator who shows up professionally and gets the job done
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform on-site inspections, service, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment issues using standard practices
- Document work completed and share updates as needed
- Work safely and follow company guidelines
- Interact with customers and teammates in a respectful, professional way
- Adapt to different job sites, schedules, and tasks
What You’ll Need
- General mechanical knowledge and technical curiosity
- Basic understanding of electrical theory
- Familiarity with diesel systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Ability to work in field environments and handle tools/equipment
