Field Service Technician

Key responsibilities

• Support and learn from the Snr Technician to do all Preventative Maintenance (PM), assessment and repair works allocated, according to Technogym standard protocols, to eventually work independently and in collaboration.
• Study via the Technogym e-learning platform and acquire the relevant technician certificates
• Prepare accurate service reports for all completed services
• Use testing equipment and hand tools
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and parts
• Installation and/or replacement of spare parts
• Professional communication with clients, fellow staff members and general public
• Ensure all tools assigned are looked after and in a working condition

• Goals & Performance Metrics: Become fully familiar with the company's products, processes, and systems. Achieve required training and onboarding objectives. Deliver assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Medium-term (3–6 months): Meet agreed performance targets and KPIs. Contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction. Work effectively with cross-functional teams and support business growth.

• Physically fit to undertake labor intensive work
• Able to commute reliably to office base
• Able to work extended hours on occasions where required
• Able to be away from home if called on a job which needs an extended period (after normal working hours)
• Able to travel abroad whenever required, to carry-out installation works

Work condition

• Full-time employment, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work outside normal hours when required
