What you'll be doing...

• Create an Exceptional Client Experience while providing onsite repair and installation on a variety of dental equipment
• Build relationships and perform timely repairs and installation services for both basic and complex equipment/projects
• Complete service orders at the time of service and review the work performed and parts used (or ordered) with the client or responsible staff member before leaving the client's office
• Complete repairs that impress by consistently troubleshooting and performing repairs that keep our offices up and running
• Educate office staff on how to use and maintain their equipment
• Complete installations that impress by leading installation teams, ensuring on-time project completion, completing punch-list on final visit, ensuring there are no call backs

What you'll need...

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 3+ years of technician experience on a variety of equipment
• Ability to travel by car and airplane to client offices, meetings, trainings, and events as assigned
• Maintain a valid driver's license, maintain a good driving record (as defined by Burkhart's liability insurance), and be insurable at all times

Preferred Additional Education And/or Experience

• Vocational training in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and/or military technical training
• Project lead experience
• Dental experience
