Field Service Technician

Role: Field Mechanic supporting customers in the wholesale equipment trade, primarily in agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery. Responsibilities Include Traveling to customer sites to perform diagnosing, repair, emergency service, and scheduled maintenance.Using diagnostic tools, service manuals, and mechanical expertise to troubleshoot diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems.Ordering and installing parts, ensuring repairs meet safety and quality standards.Communicating effectively with customers and dispatch, completing accurate service documentation.Providing basic operator guidance to prolong equipment lifespan.
