Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment including handheld electronic gaming units.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary.
• Service customers in MD, VA, WV, PA, DE and NJ.
• Typical day begins mid-morning and ends in the early evening hours, with flexibility to work outside of these hours.
• Repair and maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment.
• Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
• Assist in tech sales as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma / GED equivalent.
• Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge.
• Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge.
• Ability to obtain a Maryland Lottery Tech License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Skills

• Self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to follow directions.
• Ability to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to drive distances and undertake periodic overnight stays (Mid-Atlantic service area).

Schedule

Typical workday begins mid-morning and ends in the early evening hours, with flexibility to work outside of these hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
