Field Service Technician

About the role

Put Your Exterior Construction Experience to Work — We'll Provide the Truck, Tools & Equipment. This is a hands-on, field-based opportunity for someone who can look at a problem, understand what needs to be fixed, and take pride in getting the job done right. You'll play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of by addressing common issues related to the installation and maintenance of roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing common roofing issues
• Addressing siding and exterior repair needs
• Working with and repairing gutter systems
• Identifying installation or maintenance issues
• Performing basic carpentry and general repair work
• Climbing ladders and accessing roofs as needed
• Handling and transporting materials
• Following safety guidelines and established installation procedures
• Helping ensure every customer is satisfied with the finished project

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related hands-on field
• Previous hands-on experience with roofing, siding, and gutters
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in roofing
• Hands-on experience in siding
• Hands-on experience in gutters
• Experience in exterior construction or home repair
• Experience in basic carpentry
• Experience in construction maintenance and repairs
• Comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs
• Ability to handle physically demanding work, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying environments
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage time effectively
• Friendly and professional approach when working with customers

$22.00 - $25.00 / hour

Schedule

Full-Time, Year-Round Work | Approximately 45 hours per week | Weekly pay
