About the role
Responsible for providing field service support to customers. Duties include installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair customer equipment
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Document work performed and communicate with supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in a similar field preferred
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
