Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic analysis and repairs on state-of-the-art vehicle wash equipment
• Assist in the installation of new vehicle wash equipment as necessary
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts on company-provided vehicle
• Maintain tools and test equipment in a professional manner
• Observe internal and external processes, policies, and procedures governing service delivery
• Consult with customers on operation and maintenance of equipment
• Other tasks and duties as assigned
• Occasional overnight travel

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Experience servicing Vehicle Wash equipment
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) compute devices
• Experience with electrical circuits, both low & high voltage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Service Pro

Skills and Work Environment

• Familiarity utilizing Mobile Phones and Tablets
• Work is performed at various customer locations while servicing and installing equipment
• Working conditions, environments, and potential hazards will vary depending on the customer site
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and safely perform duties in a variety of settings
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to perform the mental and physical requirements necessary to successfully carry out the essential functions of the position

Pay

The anticipated hiring range for this role is between $27 and $40 hourly. This range is based on several factors, including experience, qualifications, education, certifications, market benchmarks, and internal equity.

Schedule

Hourly, Full time, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends.
