About the role
Arrow Systems, Inc. provides the latest in digital printing technology to the global market. As a Field Service Technician with Arrow, you will have the opportunity to travel both domestically and internationally, supporting customers through technical and administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Support customers through technical and administrative activities
- Understand customer needs and concerns
- Provide a high level of customer support
- Travel to customer sites for installation and support (domestic and international)
- Provide technical direction to the team
- Participate in the training of new team members
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to travel if needed
