Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver and Install Chambers for customers
• Service Chambers in the field
• Drive the Airstream to events
• Maintenance on Ammortal vehicles

Requirements

• Required Mechanical experience, at least 3 years
• Ability to lift heavy parts (our installs have 2 team members)
• Availability to travel often
• Ability to drive long distances

KPIs

• Install experience survey: Customers rate the install experience a 9 out of 10
• Serviced Chambers back online: A serviced chamber stays back online without issues
• Airstream delivery quality: The airstream and driver safely get to events without any dinks or accidents

• Reliable: Our Chamber is a health and wellness product that people who have serious health issues rely on to alleviate and help bring them back to health.
• Attention to Detail: Our machine is very complex. Installing these machines and servicing them takes a detail oriented person.
• Clean and organized: Our Chamber promotes a feeling of calm, quiet confidence. Our teammates espouse this as well. We like our vehicles clean, and our tool kits organized
• High Communication: We'd rather over communicate than under communicate. This includes communicating any challenges or blockers you face in the field. This also includes being able to communicate over Slack, Zoom, and other communication tools we use
• Professional with High Profile Clients: Our installs are often for professional athletes, professional and division 1 sports organizations, major hotels, and renowned wellness centers. This individual is responsible to maintain a professional presence and treat these individuals in a humanizing and respectful manner.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay range: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary + bonuses for each install. Total expected year 1 salary: $80,000 - $95,000
• Benefits: Healthcare, dental, vision (80%)
• Location: Greater San Diego area, Greater Los Angeles area, Orange County CA, Greater Phoenix area, or Greater Las Vegas area
• Hrs: Hours can vary greatly depending on the week. Some weeks you may be driving across the country for an install, some weeks you will be off completely to rest after that cross country trip
