Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls for clients needing repair on their office technology equipment.
• Travel to client locations, diagnose problems, and make necessary repairs on copiers or printers.
• Inspect machines and perform routine and preventative maintenance.
• Replace parts nearing expiration.
• Communicate repair statuses to clients and order necessary parts.
• Schedule return visits if immediate repairs aren't possible.
• Maintain accurate car stock and inventory count.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Training through employment or a technical college in automotive repair, computer repair, or aviation, or relevant personal experience.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Clean driving record with no DUI convictions or reckless driving infractions in the past 5 years.
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
• Clean cut appearance; no offensive tattoos permitted, and excessive tattoos may require covering.
• Parking available to take a company vehicle home every day.

Benefits

We offer a competitive rate between $20-25 per hour based on experience, plus a bonus program and a full benefits plan.

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
