Field Service Technician 1 - HOLT Industrial Rentals

About the role

As a Field Service Technician 1 at HOLT Industrial Rentals, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to our industrial machinery fleet.

Essential Functions

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various industrial equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance. - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and resolve service requests efficiently. - Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of 2 years of related experience in industrial maintenance or repair. - Valid driver’s license and good driving record. - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions. - Must have a valid Social Security number and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
