About the role

The role is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. This position is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post.

Responsibilities

• PM’s & Repair of Utility Trucks and Equipment
• Hydraulics, electrical wiring, diesel
• Bucket trucks, diggers, truck-mounted cranes
• Diagnosis and repair LMI Diagnostics (Load Moment Indicator) and CAN bus (Controller Area Network)
• Inspects and services vehicles and makes repairs and adjustments both at the service center and in the field
• Prepare inspection reports, repair orders (recording service time and parts costs) and timecards completely and accurately
• Tag all warranty and core parts for return
• Attends CTOS safety training and follows all safety requirements
• Attends CTOS and factory-sponosored training classes
• Communicate easily with customers and internal departments to ensure minimal equipment downtime
• Work closely with Service Manager to grow and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Five years of related experience (Shop Tech and Field Tech)
• Valid driver's license (CDL Class B preferred)
• Own tools
• Proficient in documentation using software, meeting deadlines and schedules
