Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to Fike distribution service partners across the region.
- Aid distributors with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system performance issues.
- Support installation, commissioning, and servicing of Fike products and systems.
- Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance as needed.
- Travel to customer sites to perform field service work when required.
- Provide field support for the Middle East service team on selected projects and service assignments.
- Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and service recommendations.
- Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer for distribution service partners.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, and global service teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service.
Who You Are
- Gained already hands-on experience in field service, technical support, or industrial equipment servicing.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service priorities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed (Middle East and regional APAC travel).
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Experience with industrial safety systems, fire suppression systems, explosion protection, or similar equipment is a plus.
- Experience commissioning or servicing engineered systems in industrial environments.
- Familiarity with working in multinational service environments is beneficial.
