Qualifications
- Able and willing to travel up to 90% of the time to perform service-related tasks at customer sites.
- Able to establish and maintain a positive, professional relationship with internal & external customer personnel.
- Must be able and willing to learn and apply required customer service skills.
- Possesses a good mechanical and electrical background in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food processing/manufacturing industry.
- Must be able to work safely and efficiently according to industry standards.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and clean MVR.
- Eligible to qualify for legal passport in case of incidental International travel.
Skills
- Must be able to read and follow blueprints, machine drawings, and electrical drawings.
- Proficient in the use of a laptop computer, iPad and standard software.
- Strong ability to use a variety of common power and hand tools.
- Must be able to look at an entire process and determine source of problem/issue.
Work Assignments
Work assignments are varied but limited in scope and complexity.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting parts and tools up to 50 lbs. can be expected at job sites, as well as working on ladders and concrete floors.
