Field Service Supervisor, Midland TX
About the role
We are hiring full-time team members to support field operations, including torque turn graph interpretation, thread inspections, and laser tally pipe measurements. This role includes a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule and requires strict adherence to company QHSE policies and procedures.
We are also looking for full-time shop and yard personnel to perform routine maintenance, equipment preparation, and job staging. This role includes a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule, forklift operation, and delivering or picking up equipment per customer requirements.
Additionally, we are seeking dependable individuals to support equipment preparation, maintenance, and field delivery on a 24/7 rotating schedule. This hands-on role involves using tools, operating a forklift, and ensuring all work meets strict QHSE standards.

Requirements
- At least one year of industry experience
- Valid driver’s license
