About the Role
Sepratech LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to lead and coordinate multiple field service teams working on-site at industrial customer facilities across our Gulf South territory. Our work includes servicing customer-owned water and wastewater treatment equipment, as well as operational responsibility for Sepratech’s mobile treatment equipment deployed at customer sites. This role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of field crews, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and high-quality service delivery across every assigned customer site.
Responsibilities
- Field Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, mentor, and supervise field service technicians across multiple industrial customer sites and crews.
- Coordinate scheduling, work assignments, and crew resource allocation across teams and customer locations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to field technicians.
- Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of field service technicians as teams grow.
- Maintain training programs for technical and safety competencies across all crews.
- Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment across every assigned site.
- Optimize labor resources to meet customer demands across multiple concurrent job sites.
- Field Operations Management
- Oversee daily field operations across assigned industrial customer facilities, including service, maintenance, and technical support.
- Manage and coordinate on-site water treatment system operations and maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and customer-specific site requirements.
- Develop and implement field operating procedures and best practices across crews.
- Monitor system performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives on-site.
- Coordinate with other supervisors, dispatch, and corporate leadership for seamless service delivery across the territory.
- Customer Relations & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with on-site customer contacts at assigned industrial facilities.
- Serve as the primary field point of contact for customer accounts and escalated service issues.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality at every assigned site.
- Assess ongoing service needs and system performance during site visits.
- Collaborate with the sales team when opportunities arise, while maintaining an operational focus.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all field operations comply with OSHA, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Implement and maintain comprehensive safety programs across all crews and customer sites.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain required certifications and ensure team compliance.
- Oversee confined space entry procedures and safety protocols.
- Administrative & Reporting
- Support budget oversight and cost tracking for assigned crews and job sites.
- Monitor labor efficiency and job-level profitability metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, KPIs, and field results.
- Support accurate time tracking, billing, and invoicing for completed field work.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement of parts and supplies for assigned crews.
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of operations or field supervision experience.
- Experience in industrial water treatment, chemical processing, or related industries preferred.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing field operations.
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.

- Technical & Business Acumen
- Understanding of industrial water treatment processes and equipment.
- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with budget tracking and cost/labor efficiency management.
- Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Essential Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) preferred.
- OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check, and meet individual customer site access/credentialing requirements.
- Must be willing to travel regularly throughout the Gulf South region to customer sites.
- Must be available for emergency response as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications in water treatment or related fields.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience with industrial clients in petrochemical, manufacturing, or processing industries.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance.
- Experience with confined space operations and safety management.
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) preferred.
