General Duties And Responsibilities
- Support Technicians while in the field; including technician needs, efficiencies, training
- Track open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up
- Customer visits; including service disputes, quote follow up and customer relations
- Monitor daily PM completion/repairs for team while ensuring quality and timeliness of PM completion/repairs exceeds customer expectations
- Operate in a professional and courteous manner to exceed customer expectations both in presentation and communication
- Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"
- Promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of material handling industry experience
- One to three years of supervisory experience
- Basic mechanical experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel and Office 365
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
