Field Service Supervisor

Role Overview: This is a fully onsite Field Service Supervisor position responsible for leading and developing field service operations across Canada and the US. The role involves overseeing commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop field service teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.Manage end-to-end execution of field activities, coordinating schedules, labor, and resources for optimal performance.Act as a customer escalation point, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining strong relationships.Drive safety compliance and monitor KPIs to promote continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and technical support.Support quoting, project execution, and identify opportunities for service revenue growth.Develop technical training and standard procedures to ensure team capability and consistency. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Power Engineering, or equivalent experience.7–10 years in electrical power generation or related fields, with 3–5+ years in leadership roles.Strong knowledge of electrical codes, schematics, and power distribution equipment.Excellent leadership, customer service, and project management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and technical troubleshooting.Willingness to travel frequently within North America and hold a valid driver’s license.
