About the role

We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our offices in Arizona including Chandler, Flagstaff, and Tucson. In this role, you will supervise assigned service technicians to meet and exceed department goals, promote productivity, assist the service manager with administration and hiring, and provide hands-on service support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and creates a supportive and positive work culture
• Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers, customers, and vendors
• Presents a professional public image in accordance with the company’s policies
• Meets or exceeds team productivity goals on metrics including calls per day, incomplete calls, call back rate, efficiency rating, EU rating, daily time detail, and average call duration
• Meets or exceeds all inventory requirements including line-item accuracy and dollar value variance in car stock
• Maintains technical knowledge on all products
• Makes recommendations to Service Manager for service training needs
• Assists sales department with sales demonstrations as requested
• Handles service calls if the open call load requires support
• Interviews, hires, and trains employees; plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance; rewards and disciplines employees
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in the copier/printer repair industry
• 3+ years of related experience required; industry experience required
• Certifications from Canon, Sharp, or Konica Minolta are highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; strong customer service skills
• Strong relationship management skills with customers, vendors, and employees
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude and demonstrated troubleshooting skills handling digital office equipment
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities
• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as an effective, collaborative team member
• Computer literacy and experience working with MS products: Outlook, Excel, and Word
