Responsibilities
- On-site Service: Perform service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment problems to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain records, reports, and logs of service activities.
- Cordination: Work with peers, supervisors, and customers to reduce interruptions.
- Parts Management: Order, install, and replace parts as needed.
- Emergency Response: Respond to urgent service calls.
- Training: Instruct customer technicians on system operation and maintenance.
- Upgrades: Perform modifications and upgrades to equipment.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on tools and equipment through training and manuals.
- Asset Management: Maintain company property including vehicles and tools.
- Conduct Standards: Adhere to TEA and customer site conduct requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree in electronics, engineering, or related field; Bachelor's preferred but not required.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in semiconductor FSE roles.
- Lifetime Equipment: Experience with ACT 8, ACT 12, MARKS, and LITHIUS tools strongly preferred.
- Customer Skills: Excellent customer interface and communication abilities.
- Technical Skills: Mechanical aptitude, tool usage, and strong troubleshooting expertise.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of technical issues in maintenance, repair, and installation of semiconductor equipment.
