Field Service Representative - Part Time

About the Role

As a Field Service Representative (FSR), you'll play a vital role in our mission by directly contributing to the safety and well-being of our customers' employees. You will restock vending machines at client locations with safety products such as glasses, gloves, and other personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Restock vending machines at client locations with safety products such as glasses, gloves, and other personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent shortages
• Maintain clean, organized, and orderly product storage areas at all times
• Perform basic maintenance and replace parts on vending machines as needed to ensure proper functioning
• Manage and transport inventory efficiently between machines and designated storage areas
• Provide on-call support for emergency maintenance and repairs

Schedule

This role supports three (3) of our customer locations and requires 4–6.5 hours twice a week between Monday and Friday, for a total of 13 hours per week. Work hours fall between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, allowing flexibility within that window to fit your schedule.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and personal smartphone
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle mechanical tasks confidently
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable working in different manufacturing environments that may be loud, industrial, and may have variations in temperature
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
