About the role
The Field Service Representative II is the direct implementation of customer required on-site field services related to Calgon Carbon's activated carbon products, equipment, and service offerings. This position is a part of Calgon Carbon's customer support and service value proposition by contractual obligation.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordination with customers and other Calgon Carbon internal departments of the daily on-site activities using FSWO database and work process
- Carbon adsorption equipment start-up and customer training on proper use through O&M manual and work process
- Carbon adsorption equipment installation and removal
- Carbon adsorption equipment maintenance, inspection, repair and troubleshooting
- Carbon and other media removal and installation
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
- A valid driver's license
- An OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
- A TWIC - Transportation Worker Identification Credential
- 3-5 years experience in the carbon treatment industry or related/similar fields
- 3-5 years mechanical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical systems; hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving/repairing technical and mechanical issues

Pay
Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 Hrs/Wk - Monday through Friday with ability to work weekends when required.
Skills
