Field Service Representative (Cabinets & Flooring)

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-installation job site inspections to ensure readiness for installation crews.
• Communicate potential site issues to the builder superintendent to facilitate timely resolution.
• Monitor installation progress and coordinate necessary actions to ensure successful job completion.
• Submit shortage reports and field measurements as required.
• Conduct QA walkthroughs and submit detailed QA Forms within 48 hours of installation completion.
• Ensure all work complies with builder specifications and obtain necessary documentation.
• Perform Service Technician duties as needed, including responding to warranty calls, repairing trade damage, and installing parts.
• Maintain company vehicle in compliance with fleet guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years’ experience performing leadership functions.
• Industry experience in homebuilding, construction, or similar fields required.
• Proven ability to supervise and execute company policies and procedures required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Able to maintain high standards of confidentiality required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Word, Excel) strongly preferred.
