Field Service Representative

What you will be doing:

• Assist our customers and their Stratasys printers
• Installations, general maintenance, upgrades, preventative maintenance and customer training
• Traveling regularly to customer sites and working remotely

Must Have Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year in a field service/representative role
• 1+ year of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience
• A reliable personal vehicle with space for tools and equipment

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• A 2-year Technical Degree
• An additional year of mechanical/electrical experience
• Experience with Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAM
• Remote work experience
• Strong customer-facing skills
• Proficiency in computer technology
• A self-starter and self-reliant attitude

Travel:

This position is 100% remote, requiring up to 70-80% daily travel to customer locations.
