About the role
Responsible for providing field-based technical support and maintenance services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware and software systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Document service activities and provide reports to clients and supervisors.
- Travel to client sites as needed to perform services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or similar field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of networking and computer hardware.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
