About the role

Responsible for providing field-based technical support and maintenance services to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware and software systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Document service activities and provide reports to clients and supervisors.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to perform services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or similar field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of networking and computer hardware.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
