About the role

The Service Project Coordinator supports the planning and execution of service-related projects by organizing schedules, managing documentation, and coordinating communication between internal teams, field technicians, and clients. This role ensures service projects are executed efficiently and supports overall project success.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling and dispatching field service technicians to job sites.
  • Coordinate material orders, equipment deliveries, and subcontractor assignments.
  • Maintain project files, documentation, work orders, and service records.
  • Track and update project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to confirm appointments, updates, or changes.
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to resolve issues or delays.
  • Support invoice preparation, job costing, and vendor billing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, contract, and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include an Associate degree or equivalent work experience, with 2+ years of experience in project coordination, service operations, or administrative support. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and service/project management software are also required.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, familiarity with construction or building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical), and OSHA 10 or comparable safety certification.
