Field Service Professional - Cincinnati, OH

About the role

At Vivint, you’ll be the face of smart home technology, installing and servicing cutting-edge systems while also being a sales professional. Our goal is to provide customers with total peace of mind through upgraded solutions.

Responsibilities

- Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems. - Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements. - Train homeowners on using their new system to protect their families. - Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both the technician and the customer.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. - Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. - Ability to climb ladders up to 14 feet and work in confined spaces. - Comfortable bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

- Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus. - Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers. - Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Schedule

- 4-day work week (4/10 schedule, includes Saturdays).

Pay

- Base hourly range: $23.01 - $25.42. Actual pay varies based on several factors including location, experience, and performance.
