Field Service /Preventive Maintenance Technician/Trainer- Semiconductor

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement technical training programs for employees
• Facilitate classroom sessions and hands-on workshops to enhance learning
• Absess the training needs of employees and tailor programs accordingly
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide feedback for improvements
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and certifications
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training material is relevant and up-to-date
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into training
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants following training completion

Requirements

• Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes related to our industry
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to engage and motivate learners with diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional technology
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation and Schedule

Night shift hours may be required— a 15% shift differential will be paid during those times.

Must be able to occasionally perform company-paid travel.
