Field Service Operations Manager

About the role

As a Field Service Operations Manager, you will be part of the Operations team supporting Field Service Crews, Engineering, Sales, and Production teams. The role involves leading and coordinating field service projects, serving as the primary point of contact between customers, field personnel, engineering, and operations, and overseeing project execution to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field service projects, ranging from small crews to large‑scale customer installations and repairs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, field personnel, engineering, and operations teams.
• Manage project execution to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and compliance requirements are met.
• Oversee field reporting, documentation, equipment readiness, and operational planning.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with shop operations as business needs require.

Requirements

• Experience leading field service, maintenance, construction, manufacturing, or industrial operations teams.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to enforce workplace safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer relationship management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed for project support.

Pay

Salary range: $90,000 – $130,000.
