Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment issues and provide troubleshooting, repair, installation, alignment, inspection, and maintenance support.
• Lead field crews and provide technical direction to technicians during customer assignments.
• Review job requirements, scope of work, drawings, specifications, and customer expectations prior to beginning work.
• Ensure field work is completed according to established procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Assist with complex or escalated technical issues and provide recommendations for corrective action.
• Identify additional repair, service, or equipment needs and communicate opportunities to the appropriate sales or service leadership.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience performing maintenance and repair of rotating equipment, such as submersibles, aerators, blowers, mixers, motors

Pay

Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $30/hr. and higher depending on experience and qualifications.
