Field Service Imaging Engineer

About the role

We are seeking engineers who thrive on fixing technical issues and maintaining high quality customer satisfaction. Applicants should be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Onsite field service install, diagnosis, and repair of medical imaging equipment
• Remote troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to complete preventative maintenance on imaging equipment
• Submitting field service reports in a timely fashion
• Communicate with account managers and work staff

Requirements

• You are highly motivated, energetic, with a strong attention to detail
• Possess strong communication skills and remain calm under high pressure situations
• Able to follow procedures
• Team player
• Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs
• OEM (specifically GE, Philips, Siemens) and multi-vendor training preferred
• Multi-modality training a huge plus
• Able to pass background check

Qualifications

You must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering, specifically in the field of medical imaging equipment.
