How You’ll Make an Impact

• Serve as a power user supporting creation of content for the Steam Turbine IPS and maintaining data sheets for the Siemens Westinghouse fleet.
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment of next-generation systems and work packages.
• Provide training, coaching, and technical support to Field Service personnel, including acting as a 24/7 facilitator for outage teams.
• Support Scheduling and Estimating teams while participating as a rapid risk assessment facilitator.
• Promote best practices by supporting limited field operations at customer sites.
• Assist the Field Service organization during peak outage seasons as a technical resource or field engineer.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. 8+ years’ field experience as FSE or PM performing Steam Turbine work.
• Positive, firm demeanor and a questioning attitude; strong organizational and facilitation skills. Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent Field Service experience working on steam turbines.
• Proficient with SAP OPP and/or Fleet Configuration with the ability to find technical information including other proprietary information – Process Specifications, Field Procedures, Field Bulletins, etc.
• Must be willing to dispatch to job sites and travel 20% domestically.
