Field Service Engineer-Semiconductor Decon/Deinstall

Responsibilities

• Remove chamber kits & fore lines
• Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines
• Perform complete tool shutdown
• Power off all system and related subcomponents
• Follow all LOTO and customer procedures
• Pre-task planning with customers
• Install caps/plugs, shipping fixtures, and casters
• Disassemble the tool for removal from the fab
• Document all deinstall activities (2D - Deinstall checklist)
• Report status of the deinstall project
• Follow all customer safety protocols including LOTO and PPE

Requirements

• Knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment
• Junior Field Service Engineers: 1-4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• Senior Field Service Engineers: Minimum 5+ years of OEM direct experience
• Physical demands: Walk up to 5 miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hours, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds
