About the Role

Werfen is seeking a professional to join our team, contributing to our worldwide leadership in specialized diagnostics across Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics, Transfusion, Autoimmunity, and Transplant. This role supports our OEM business line, which researches, develops, and manufactures customized assays and biomaterials.

Responsibilities

• Support the research, development, and manufacturing of customized assays and biomaterials within the OEM business line
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and innovation
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving hospital efficiency and patient care
• Apply specialized diagnostic knowledge to support customer needs and solution development

Requirements

• Relevant experience in diagnostics, biotechnology, or a related field
• Strong commitment to quality and innovation
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multi-disciplinary environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in hemostasis, acute care, transfusion, autoimmunity, or transplant diagnostics is a plus
• Familiarity with OEM manufacturing or assay development is advantageous
