What We Offer A full-time position with real ownership from day oneAn annual pass for Vienna's public transport, plus Pluxee vouchersA team that cares as much about veterinary patients as human onesA culture where questions, ideas, and pushback are genuinely welcomeA workplace shaped by sustainability, equity, diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect What You’ll Do Maintenance and servicing: Performing regular maintenance and repair work on laboratory equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and extended service lifeFault diagnosis: Identifying and analysing technical faults in devices and systems, troubleshooting, and carrying out the necessary repairsInstallation and commissioning: Installing and commissioning new equipment, including training laboratory personnel in its proper use and operationCustomer support: Providing technical assistance and advice to customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfactionDocumentation: Accurately recording all work carried out, including service reports and technical documentationSpare parts management: Managing the procurement, replacement, and stock of spare parts as neededQuality assurance: Ensuring all equipment meets relevant quality standards and compliance regulationsSales support: Supporting the sales team through participation in national trade fairs and congresses, as well as maintaining close collaboration with sales colleagues What You Bring Located in the Bucharest regionCompleted training in electrical engineering, medical technology, mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualificationProven experience in the maintenance and repair of laboratory diagnostic equipment, ideally within the medical technology or laboratory sectorStrong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand and diagnose complex systemsA self-motivated, solution-focused approach and a high degree of personal initiativeExcellent communication skills, both when engaging with clients and collaborating within a team environmentWillingness to travel extensively across Romania and flexibility to support a variety of customer sites as required Compensation For this position, we offer a market-competitive minimum annual gross salary of EUR 37.209 based on full-time employment, which is above the applicable collective agreement minimum salary.
