Field Service Engineer - Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer (Electrical) with at least 3 years of experience in electrical systems, commissioning, and field service. The ideal candidate will install, troubleshoot, maintain, and commission electrical power equipment while providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, and maintain electrical power equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, control, and operational issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
• Provide on-site customer support and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Travel to customer sites for installations, maintenance, and emergency service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of field service or electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with switchgear, generators, transformers, UPS systems, or power distribution equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight and international travel.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA or industrial safety experience is a plus.
