Schedule

Schedule: Days, but may vary subject to customers’ demands and requirements. Travel: 80% - domestic or occasional international travel.

Pay

Pay Rate: $28-$32+/hr DOE

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment problems
• Utilizes electromechanical skills to provide excellent service to customers
• Demonstrates ability to understand detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Comprehends test equipment including various test meters, hand and power tools
• Able to read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams

Requirements

• Electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Maintenance Technician skills with solid experiences in resolving tool related challenges
• Previous semiconductor experience is preferred
• AS/BS or equivalent military
• Valid Driver's License required
• Physical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• 60%-80% domestic or occasional international travel and/or occasional overnight travel to the factory, training facilities, and customer locations may be required.
• All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, O-1, etc). This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Additionally, WGNSTAR does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program for this role.
