- 2nd level IT support
- Operating system installation using SCCM
- Anti-spyware, anti-virus, custom and commercial software deployment
- Mobile telephony technologies (MobileIron, iPad, Android, iPhone)
- Office products (Word, Excel, email clients)
- Desktop support including current Windows operating systems
- Hardware support (laptops, printers, desktops, telephony equipment break-fix)
- Backup & restore of OS and data
- Procurement of hardware, asset maintenance, and hardware spare stock management
- Audio/Video conferencing setup and troubleshooting
- Asset refresh execution
- Network troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Windows Active Directory and group policies
- Ability to lift and/or move computer equipment and ladders up to 30 kg
- Field expansion experience
Responsibilities
- Provide customer break-fix support, including off-office hours and weekends, for designated equipment in office, plant, or campus environments
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals
- Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems
- Communicate clearly in written and verbal form
- Accept and deliver all assigned service calls
- Complete administrative tasks associated with each service call
- Manage control and return of assets and inventory
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
- Install, inspect, test, and repair wiring and cables, ensuring compliance with specifications
- Handle backup tape replacement
- Provide executive support
- Manage procurement processes
- Support other locations in the country remotely when required
- Assist remote support teams as needed
- Support local implementation/execution of small infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Problem ownership and follow-up
- ITIL concepts (strongly preferred)
- MCSE or MCP certification (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Plant production environment experience (preferred)
