About the role
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the Round Lake, IL area.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to hardware and software systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all service calls and provide regular reports to management.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to perform repairs and installations.
Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
