FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

About the role

Field Service Engineer position based in the Boston Area, responsible for installing and providing support for high technology equipment in research labs of pharmaceutical companies, universities, and government research labs.

Responsibilities

• Install high-technology equipment in research laboratory environments
• Provide ongoing support and service for complex scientific instruments
• Work with highly complex equipment including Bruker FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometers)
• Apply advanced understanding of electronics and optical alignment in service work

Qualifications

• Experience working with complex scientific or technical equipment
