About the role
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to equipment and systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on field equipment
- Document and report on service activities and findings
- Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
