About the role
We are seeking experienced service technicians to diagnose and repair machinery quickly and accurately. Your work will help decrease downtime and repair costs for our customers across Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Georgia, and the Florida Panhandle.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site and in-house diagnostics and repairs for metal-cutting machinery (EDM, grinding, etc.)
- Provide preventative maintenance services to reduce customer downtime
- Collaborate with applications engineers to deliver custom solutions
- Support customers from start to finish with the latest manufacturing technologies
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure production uptime and satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in machinery repair, preferably in metal-cutting or industrial equipment
- Ability to travel to customer locations within the Southeast region
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer support
