Field Service Engineer

About the role

As a Field Service Representative and key member of the East Region service team, you provide on-site service including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines primarily in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Maryland. You will report to the East Region Field Service Manager in Ashland, VA, and candidates should be located in or near Richmond, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at customer sites within the assigned region.
• Managing inventory, trip planning, and administrative tasks related to service functions.
