Field Service Engineer

About the role

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients in their field locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve client issues related to hardware and software systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Document all service activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Travel to client sites as needed to perform installations, repairs, and upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar field.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
