Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and validate additive manufacturing systems at customer sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, and software components
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Provide timely customer support via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues
- Document service activities, findings, and recommendations
- Train customers on system operation, maintenance, and best practices
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2–5 years of experience supporting technical equipment in the field or similar environment
- Experience in additive manufacturing, printing technologies, or advanced manufacturing preferred
- Working knowledge of integrated systems (mechanical, electrical, and software)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
