Capital Business Systems is looking for a Field Service Copier Technician to support our customers throughout the Grand Junction, CO area and surrounding communities. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction office equipment while providing excellent customer service. Whether you have experience repairing copiers and printers or a background in computers, electronics, or technical support, we provide the training and resources needed to help you succeed. What We Offer $20-$24 per hour, depending on experienceCompany vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and tools providedPaid technical training and ongoing supportMedical, dental, and vision benefits with no waiting periodPTO accrual beginning on your first dayAnnual bonus opportunity up to $1,000Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMNights and weekends free What You'll Do Diagnose and repair copiers, printers, and multifunction office equipmentTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issuesProvide professional technical support at customer locationsCommunicate with customers to identify problems and provide solutionsManage your daily service schedule while working independently What We're Looking For Experience or interest in computers, electronics, printers, copiers, or technologyStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to learn new technology and processesProfessional communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and good driving record Experience in copier repair, printer repair, IT support, computer repair, electronics, networking, automotive diagnostics, or other technical troubleshooting is a plus.
